YOU HAVE BEEN SHOT

1. You can shoot the person who shot you
(make this one count)
2. You can't shoot the person more than 3 times
(2 in the chest, 1 in the head is more than enough)
3. You -MUST- shoot at least 6 other people
4. You should shoot them in public! Paste it on their user page! c'mon... don't be scared of public displays of your marksmanship
5. Random shootings are not okay! (pick your targets carefully, avoid innocents)
6. You should definitely start shooting right away!
